3 cups flour
2 dried milk tablespoons or replace with 1 tablespoon of yogurt (sour cream)
¼ spoon salt
2 teaspoons of Baking Powder
2 teaspoons of sodium Bicarbonate
1 ½ Sugar
2 teaspoons of Vanilla
⅔ cup of 7up or sparkling water
1\2 cup walnuts (or any raw nuts available)
¼ cup of dates or raisins (Optional)
Preheat the oven at 170c
Whisk the oil, sugar, eggs together well then add in the mashed bananas.
Add in the rest of the dry ingredients and whisk well throughout the process of adding up ingredients for a total of around 300 whisks.
Grease the pan with butter or oil, sprinkle some flour then put in the batter.
Bake for around 40-45 mins check with a toothpick if its done.
